On Thursdays, students tape interviews with the school&#8217;s president, the Rev. Bry Shields, who said the segments foster better communication.<br \/>\n&#8220;Corporately, every organization thrives on frequent communication,&#8221; said Shields. &#8220;It is particularly helpful in a school community for both faculty and students to hear from the head of the school on a regular basis.
