The Massachusetts Institute of Technology has an open courseware site that makes college-level course materials available for free, with no registration necessary.  You can’t earn clock hours or credits through the site, but you can sharpen your skills and increase your expertise.  You can also get some teaching ideas for your own classes.

One area that might be useful to teen literature teachers is the Literature page.  It lists dozens of classes, from Writing about Literature to Medieval Literature: Dante, Boccaccio, Chaucer.

Most of the resources are course assignments and readings, which can not only give you ideas for structuring your own classes, but can also give you a snapshot of what your students might be asked to do in their college classes after they graduate from high school.
